💖 Returns & Replacements

- Defective or faulty product

For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns in the following cases:
- Opened or used products
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Products returned due to personal preference (e.g., shade, scent, texture)

💳 Refunds
Once your return or claim is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days
- Funds will be returned to your original payment method

- If the issue is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost
- For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
